This place is really nice and super clean. They have awesome Wi-Fi and even give you cookies in the lobby - who doesn't love a tasty treat 🍪? The building is beautiful, the room is fancy and totally new. Plus, the folks working here are really considerate.

The hotel location was nice and close to the ocean. The room was clean and modern with nice amenities. That's about it.

The guests next door to us decided it was okay to play loud base thumping music at midnight while drinking and being obnoxious. We tolerated it for an hour and then called the front desk at 1AM to complain. The person I talked to said they would take care of it. The noise continued past 3AM. In the morning I spoke to the front desk and asked them about their noise complaint procedures, he said we contact them immediately and address it. I said, I called (he confirmed it in the log) and complained and nothing was done - I didn't get any sleep. All he gave me was excuse after excuse, telling me that the guests in question had been there all week with no other complaints, maybe it was another room making the noise - it could have come from anywhere. Who says that?!?! It seemed like he was siding with the other guests as if it was acceptable because they had been staying there all week, versus my overnight. I came to find out he was the manager of the hotel. He definitely needs to be trained on customer service, brush up on his people skills and read the hotels "Hospitality Promise" that is posted in the room because I was not treated like a valued customer after I paid a lot of money for the room. We have a long drive back home on zero sleep. I had thought to call the police and after the treatment I received from the front desk - I should have. I read another guest's review on Yelp and she had the same situation, but she was told to tolerate it. So I'm not the only one. I've filed a complaint about the manager to their corporate office - which I have never done before in my life. It was so bad I felt that it needed to be addressed.

Very nice overall experience. Fairly clean place with amiable staff and exceptional view of the beach and ocean. Outstanding meals with complimentary drinks. Excellent customer service provided. Free parking, shuttle to the airport.

This place has an amazing and convenient location for accessing the city or enjoying a coastal drive.

Big room, nice pillows, microwave, sink, extra plates, spoons, paper tower!! Panecake making machine!! OMG))! And wonderful view :)

The rooms have a great view and are very clean. the room comes with all the basic necessities like free WiFi and coffee. - the location is stunning, near a beautiful crescent-shaped beach.

This spot offers a serene atmosphere, tidy accommodations, superb service from the staff, and breathtaking sunset vistas from the rooms.

The room was spotless. The staff were outstandingly friendly and affable and were around the whole time. Truly enjoyed the room with a nice view of the shore. My bed was extremely comfy. The location was gorgeous, at walking distance from a shaped beach.

Loved the location as we were there for a beach wedding.

We came in a motor home and it was a little difficult to find a parking spot for said motor home. Although no fault of the facility as the whole area is very small and parking is hard to find due to all of the beach goers.

The breakfast had a wide selection of tasty food, and the location was convenient, close to all the places we wanted to visit.

Room is quite large with comfortable beds. Breakfast offers many choices with warm food supplied. Close to the beach. Very quiet at night. There is microwave oven in room which is quite convenient for us to heat some food.

Need improve on cleanness. One towel in my room is not clean. Price is a bit higher than other hotels we stayed with similar facility.
